As the president of Novalarm Systems, he oversees consultation, design and customer relationships. Security is personal and Jonathan’s mission is to make it simple and effective for our customers, and to protect what matters most to them.

Jonathan brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with various customers, partners, and law enforcement agencies around the globe. He fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration at Novalarm Systems.

Executive Vice President

With over a decade of experience in finance and customer service, Amber is a seasoned professional who excels in wearing multiple hats within our organization. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Whether it's managing bookkeeping tasks, mapping future growth strategy, spearheading marketing initiatives, or ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, Amber is a dedicated and versatile individual.

Amber has spent the majority of her life in the Leominster, MA area. When not engaged in driving Novalarm Systems Inc forward, Amber enjoys exercising, spending time in nature and gardening with her three dogs.

VP. Business Development

With over two decades of experience in brand development, business growth, and international partnerships, Dan brings a dynamic and strategic skill set to the Novalarm Systems Inc. team. His global perspective and proven leadership make him a key asset in driving innovation and building lasting client relationships. As a strong believer that security is personal, he is eager to bring that mindset to others—ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and protected. Dan’s approach is rooted in empathy, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of how tailored solutions can make a lasting impact. His passion for building trust and delivering meaningful results aligns perfectly with Novalarm’s mission to put people first.

Senior Director of Installations

With 26 years of experience in construction and maintenance, Phil is a seasoned professional. As a licensed electrician, Phil has overseen projects ranging from small-scale installations to full-campus electrical and low-voltage wiring, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and integrated with precision.

In his role as Senior Director of Installations, Phil leads with meticulous planning and accurate estimating, effectively managing complex challenges while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and efficiency. His dedication to excellence makes him a valuable asset to the team.

Raised in Leominster, MA, Phil has been happily married for 17 years. His passion for volunteering has taken him around the world, including training others on facility management in the Asia-Pacific region, based in the Philippines.

Senior Director of Systems

David is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in overseeing the service and maintenance of clients' fire and security systems. Graduating from Tri-County RVTHS in 2005 with a major in Electrical, David embarked on his journey in the field and has accumulated over 18 years of invaluable experience. Holding a MA class D Systems, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of fire and security systems for our clients.

He is happily married to his wife Shannon of seventeen years and enjoys life with his two dogs, Bowie and Charlie. Outside of work he enjoys brewing his own beer and teaching piano to anyone who wants to learn.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Schadel is a proud Massachusetts native who has chosen to build his family and roots in the beautiful state he calls home. With his loving wife and adorable daughter by his side, he finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Schadel values the diversity and cultural richness that these languages bring to his everyday interactions as our Director of Sales and Marketing.

When he's not spending quality time with his family, you can find Schadel embracing the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking through the picturesque landscapes of Massachusetts or firing up his smoker to create mouthwatering barbecue delights, he has a deep appreciation for nature.

Operations Coordinator

With over six years of experience in procurement and materials management, Rachel brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail to her role as Operations Coordinator at Novalarm Systems Inc. She works hard to ensure technicians are fully prepared for their jobs by having the necessary materials ready and available. In addition to supporting field operations, Rachel assists with accounting tasks and helps maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Her dedication to teamwork and operational excellence makes her a key contributor to the company’s success.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors,
hiking with her husband and exploring new trails.

Senior Technician

With over 40 years of hands-on experience in the alarm and security systems industry, James Selesky brings a level of expertise and dedication that is unmatched. He designed, built, and installed his very first alarm system in 1984, launching a career that has since spanned decades and some of the most demanding security environments in the country.

Throughout his career, James has been trusted to secure high-profile and high-security facilities, including:

General Dynamics – Military weapons manufacturing site

Harvard University – Campus-wide alarm integration

MIT – Research and academic security systems

Tiffany & Co. – Manufacturing site with high-value assets including gold and precious gems

James is known for his precision, reliability, and deep technical knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to protecting people and their property.

Technician - Level 2

With over 25 years of experience in the security alarm industry, Jon Adams is a seasoned expert in the installation and servicing of fire alarm, security, CCTV, and card access systems for commercial buildings. His extensive technical background includes hands-on experience with leading fire alarm panels such as Fire-Lite, Notifier, and Simplex, as well as security systems from top brands like Honeywell and Bosch.

In addition to his core strengths in fire and intrusion systems, Jon is well-versed in servicing a wide range of CCTV and card access technologies, making him a versatile and valuable member of any integration team. His commitment to safety, system reliability, and client satisfaction has been a consistent hallmark of his career.

Outside of work, Jon is a passionate sports fan and proud supporter of his local teams—the Red Sox, Celtics, and Patriots. He enjoys spending his free time with friends at local breweries and making memories with family.

Technician - Level 2

Ben is a dedicated professional with a passion for the electrical trade that runs deep in his veins. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, he holds a Masters License in electrical and boasts comprehensive knowledge across all areas, from low voltage to residential and commercial projects. This skillset serves him well as our Director of Projects, where he manages a wide range of projects for our clients.

Hailing from the greater Boston area, Ben takes great pride in supporting local businesses and witnessing their growth and success. Beyond his professional pursuits, Ben finds joy in spending quality time with his loved ones. Married since 2016, he values the moments shared with his family and friends. In his leisure time, Ben indulges in the vibrant local brewery scene and engages in sports like disc golf.

Technician - Level 2

Nick is a skilled journeyman electrician with 8 years of hands-on experience in the field. Nick works to drive the high voltage side of Novalarm Systems forward. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Nick has established himself as a reliable and trusted professional in the industry.

Nick was born and raised in Leominster, MA. Outside of work, he finds joy in the great outdoors. You can often find him shredding the slopes on his snowboard, exploring nature while camping, or tackling rugged trails on his mountain bike. In addition to his adventurous pursuits, Nick also dedicates his free time to giving back to the community through volunteer work, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact beyond his electrical expertise.

Technician - Level 2

With over eight years of hands-on experience, Moises is a skilled Journeyman Electrician known for his commitment to safety, deep knowledge of electrical code, and precise execution in the field. Originally from the Dominican Republic, he brings a strong work ethic and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to every project. Moises is currently focused on advancing his licensure toward becoming a Master Electrician and expanding his qualifications across multiple states. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family, firing up the grill for a good BBQ, and sharing his love of baseball.

Safety Observer

Robbin began her professional journey in 2012, working alongside her husband at a historic theater in Jersey City. That experience sparked an appreciation for teamwork, attention to detail, and the importance of creating safe, welcoming environments. As a Safety Observer, Robbin brings a thoughtful and observant presence to every project. Her greatest strength is her willingness to learn—a quality that keeps her adaptable, curious, and always ready to grow with the evolving needs of the team. Outside of work, Robbin finds joy in designing, installing, and maintaining gardens, where she blends creativity with care. She’s also an avid reader, always exploring new ideas and perspectives that enrich both her personal and professional life. With a grounded approach and a passion for continuous improvement, Robbin helps ensure that safety is not just a standard—but a shared value.

Apprentice

Meet Austin, a dedicated and ambitious electrical apprentice with three years of hands-on experience in the field. With a solid grasp of electrical codes and safety regulations, Austin is committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in all projects undertaken.

Known for being a quick learner, Austin thrives in challenging environments and is always eager to expand his knowledge and skills in the electrical trade.

Apprentice

Philip has nurtured a lifelong passion for electronics, which led him to graduate from Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2007 with a focus on technical studies. He began his career assembling and programming data management systems, developing a strong foundation in systems integration and technical problem-solving.

Before joining Novalarm, Philip served as a lead assembler and customer service technician, specializing in lithium battery technologies. His attention to detail and instinctive troubleshooting ability quickly set him apart. At Novalarm, Philip is a key member of the team, known for his natural talent in resolving complex CCTV system challenges with efficiency and precision. 

Outside of work, Philip channels his creativity into designing board games, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new destinations, and diving into a good book.

Apprentice

Born and raised in Leominster, MA, Jason brings a solid foundation in both alarm and HVAC systems, with 1.5 years of experience in the alarm industry and over three years in the HVAC field. After completing his electrical coursework, he's now focused on securing his Class D license and becoming a licensed electrician. Jason approaches each project with determination and a willingness to grow, making him a valuable part of the team. Outside of work, he enjoys frisbee, golf, and staying active through a variety of sports.

Apprentice

With seven years of experience in the automotive industry, Christian brings a hands-on, customer-focused approach to the world of security integration. Throughout his time working on vehicles, sourcing parts, and collaborating closely with customers, he developed a strong commitment to safety, affordability, and problem-solving. Whether it was finding creative solutions using limited resources or ensuring every car left the shop secure and road-ready, Christian consistently prioritized the customer’s needs and safety above all.

Now in the security field, he applies the same principles—precision, reliability, and resourcefulness as well as acute attention to detail—to help clients protect what matters most. Outside of work, Christian enjoys attending live concerts and spending time on the golf course.

Apprentice

With 3.5 years of experience in the electrical trade, Caleb has built a well-rounded foundation across residential, solar, and alarm system installations. He’s nearing the completion of his formal training and is on track to earn his electrician’s license by early 2026. Caleb’s hands-on experience is backed by a commitment to community, volunteering to help build affordable housing. Before entering the trade, he worked in retail, Alaskan fishing, and manufacturing—each shaping his strong work ethic and adaptability. Outside the job site, he enjoys archery, camping, and video games.
